Everything you need to know about selecting, installing, and maintaining your hot tub, swim spa, sauna, cold plunge, or fireplace.
Creative Energy operates four (4) public Bay Area showrooms—in San Rafael (4100 Redwood Hwy), San Mateo (1917 S El Camino Real), Concord (1460 Concord Ave, Ste C), and Dublin (6769 Dublin Blvd)—plus our dedicated Service & Delivery Center in Richmond (3419 Regatta Blvd). Note: Fireplaces are featured at San Rafael, San Mateo, and Concord, and are not currently displayed at Dublin.
110V/15A Plug-and-Play spas (such as the Freeflow Collection, Hot Spot TX/SX/Stride, and Hot Spring Vigor Cold Plunge) plug directly into a standard dedicated household outlet. 230V/50A spas (such as the Highlife Grandee, Envoy, and Vanguard) use a dedicated 230V subpanel so the 4000W titanium heater and high-output jet pumps run simultaneously.
Available on all Hot Spring Highlife and Limelight Collection spas, the FreshWater Salt System uses a maintenance-free disposable titanium cartridge to generate chlorine automatically from lightly salted water. Each cartridge lasts up to 4 months, and spa water stays clean and natural for up to 12 months before needing a drain and refill.
Yes! All four Creative Energy showrooms offer private test soaks and Endless Pools swim tests. We provide towels and private changing facilities so you can test seat depths, lounge ergonomics, and Moto-Massage DX jets firsthand.
Our team performs a complimentary site check to review gate widths, pathway clearances, foundation pad requirements (concrete, reinforced deck, or SmartDeck), electrical placement, and crane logistics if required.
